Sun, vaccine, vodka or tequila: at 2000 euros the anti-Covid holiday is all inclusive
They have called it «vaccination tourism». All-inclusive vaccine vacation packages in countries that have more doses available. The offer can be found online, starting with Mauritius, which has long been offering tourists willing to stay in their “paradise” for a long time – and who are visa holders – a stay with the first injection on arrival and then recall.
At the moment the most attractive offers would be those of an Indian travel agency, and a second tempting proposal with destination Moscow: 1700 euros all-inclusive round trip to London, hotel, three excursions, two Pfizer doses. These packs are starting to raise the reactions of the medical world. So there are also those who, like the Dubai Tourist Office, put the record straight in a statement, deny the rumors concerning him, and clearly remember that “only those who have a resident card here can be vaccinated”. Let tourists not delude themselves.
Even from Italy, you can travel by vaccine. At Eurasian Travel in Bologna, a small tour operator specialized for travel to Russia and China, they explain: «Since the end of last year we have had dozens and dozens of requests to be vaccinated in Russia. We had never dealt with medical tourism, even if it is a very strong sector, considering that there are people who move to get their teeth, hair and beauty treatments in general ». Today more than ever, at relatively affordable costs, you can pack your suitcase and go, because many hotel prices have collapsed: “A 5-star hotel that a year ago in Moscow bought for 300 euros a night now costs 60 euros, maximum 80. It starts from 1,700 euros to go up, excluding flight that goes to affect for 300, maximum 400 euros. However, we also have requests to see the South of Russia, in this case we offer very complex packages that cost 8,000-9,000 euros per person”.
